Detox Carrot juice/ Detox Porgandimahl

Biggest joy in my life is to accomplish the task of being vivid in every moment of each day. While being on an adventure of being alive, it is so important to be everything you are. And, the biggest thing you can give to another person, is a smile. Being happy in every unique moment helps to accomplish a lot. And, people start to regard you as an happy person, which means that they really love to interract with you.

For many years I have seen many different expressions on my face, which have been somehow not real. They have been shaped by a society, which only aims for outer accomplishments, disregarding the inner solution of the cells. It is so important that we find a deep inner balance, harmonising all the cosmic elements within ourselves. From there begins a flight of a beautiful Butterfly.

One thing, that has helped to vitalise my life, is a raw food diet. Emerging from nowhere and dissolving into bliss, it has made my body so much lighter. It has caused a deep emotional release and detox. We are cleansing all the time, but eating things raw makes me us jump so high. This steep joy of lightness and shift patterns of thoughts hold the body in a continous state of relaxation.

So here is the recipe:

This carrot juice is excellent for going into a deep process of detoxification. Essentially it cleanses your colon and makes all kinds of bad bacteria die or leave your body. It is simple happiness mixed into a glass of water, and it really helps to activate those shiny creative juices in our bodies. As carrot is really stimulating to our sexual chakra (oh la la).

Also, this recipe uses blender, because I do not have a juicer. But, if you have some better equipment, you are free to use it. My trick is to blend all the ingredients together and then gently filter them through colander into a jug.

Ingredients:

2 carrots
1 onion
1 fair clove of garlic
glass of water (herbal water for the laughs)

Instructions:

  1. Slice all the ingredients into small pieces
  2. Put them into a blender and pureé’em
  3. Filter through colander into a jug

Detox Porgandimahl

Kõige suurim rõõm minu elus on see, kui ma suudan olla igas olukorras 100% audentne iseenda vastu. Seda on mõnikord kohati keeruline saavutada, kuid olen õppinud, et meie kõige parim abimees on naeratus. Olles lihtsalt rõõmus selle üle, et täna on tore päev. Võib isegi keeruline päev olla, kuid lõppude lõpuks on see kõik perspektiivi küsimus – kas maailm on nii või naa.

Suureks abimeheks iseenda leidmisel on olnud Toortoidu söömine. Kõik see aeg, kui ma suudan jälgida toortoidu dieeti, on mul nii hea olla. Värskelt aiast korjatud toidu suhu pistmine toob näole naeratuse, keha lööb särisema elektrilises lainetuses. Inimestega suhtlemine on palju hõlpsam, sest hea on olla. Mõned üritavad reguleerida seda, mida sa peaksid sööma, kuid jätkem jutud – kuulakem oma keha! 🙂

Igatahes porgandimahlast nüüd! Mõtlesin õhtul, et hullult tahaks süüa midagi väga kerget, aga samas oli isu porgandi järele. Mulle meenuski üks interviuu ühe toorveganist naisega, kus ta räägib keha puhastamisest ning enese üleviimisest Toortoidu dieedile.

Ja, loomulikult proovisin järele, et mis tunne on teha puhastavat mahla ja peab tõdema, et ta maitses porgandiselt ning teravalt. Ja, ennäe imet, peale joomist oli minu kõhukene õnnelikus vitamiinidega küllastumise staadiumis ning ma hüppasin ringi nagu Duracelli jänku.

Reaktsioon puhastumiseks oli samuti huvitav, kuna klaasike mahla rahuldas täielikult söögiisu, aga tavaline vajadus millegi tahke järele püsis. Tuli vaid iseendaga saada hakkama, et vältida tarbetut näksimist. Õnneks kõht andis märku oma rahuloleva korinaga, et täna tuleks hoopis varem heita magama.

Retsept:
2 porgandit
1 sibul
1 küüslauluküüs
1 klaas vett (võib leotada ürte kannus: piparmünt/salvei/saialill jne..)

Juhised:

  1. Blenderda porgandid, sibul ja küüslauk koos veega.
  2.  Kalla kaussi/klaasi läbi sõela ning suru õrnalt lusika, sõrmede või mõne muu vahendiga tahma, et kõik mahl välja nirguks.
  3. Ülejäänud porgandi tahma võid näiteks teha toorleivaks koos linaseemne puruga.
  4. Sinu mahl ongi valmis koheseks nautlemiseks.
