Raw Kimchi rolls/ Toor Kimchi rullid

Today I got really inspired to make myself a salad, but it turned out as amazing Raw Kimchi rolls. It was easy and really fun to make, and the most surprising fact is that everything was from my own garden (except rice paper sheets).

The delight was loaded with heavy curry saucing and blew tears into my eyes due amount of onion. Now, sitting here under evening sun, I feel like the world has turned around and has become so spicy.

We don’t usually eat many spices in our lives, compared to Indians, Thai and Vietnamese. But this experience was so cool and mind-blowing. God, those rolls just tasted like kimchi in a heavenly manner.

Sprouts oh lala.

Ingredients:

Salad:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • a slice of yellow zucchini
  • a handful of sprouts
  • Some fresh ramson and sage
  • Chilli powder
  • Curry powder
  • Himalayan salt

and some rice papers

Side bread:

  • Juice pulp meat

Preparation:

  1. Grate the zucchini, onion together.
  2. Slice the tomatoes and cucumber into small pieces.
  3. Mix the ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Add the spices, sprouts and salt.
  5. The salad is really wet, so instead of soaking the rice papers in the water, I covered them with the salad juices.
  6. When the paper is adjustable, then add the salad and roll them into beautiful spring rolls.

Toor Kimchi rullid

Täna ma tegin omale väga mõnusad Kimchi rullid. Esialgne mõte oli valmistada üks mõnus õhtune salat, aga ennäe kapis olid riisipaberid. Asja juures on väga lahe see, et kõik koostiosad on pärit minu enda aiast, välja arvatud riisipaberid.

See toit kujunes üllatavalt vürtsiseks, liialdasin karriga veidikene. Samas see, mis ta kõhule teeb, on imeline. Oma kodunt pärinev toit võib kogu sinu keha korda teha. Eriti kui ta on toores.IMG_4447

Koostisosad:

Salat:

  • Kurk
  • 2 tomatit
  • Kollane sibul
  • Kollane suvekõrvits
  • Peotäis idusid
  • Murulauk ja salvei
  • Chilli pulber
  • Karri pulber
  • Himaalaja soola

ja mõned riisipaberid

Lihaleib:

  • Viljaliha leib

Juhised:

  1. Riivi suvekõrvits ja sibul kaussi.
  2. Lõika tomatid ja kurk viiludeks.
  3. Sega koostisosad omavahel kokku.
  4. Lisa idud, murulauk ja salvei.
  5. Lisa vürtsid..
  6. Kuna salati põhi tuli nii vedel, et leotamise asemel võib riisipaberi salati põhjaga kokku määrida.
  7. Paberi pehmenedes lisa salat, keera rulli ja lase taheneda.
