Chia pudding

Morning chia pudding is a must for me. After drinking my juices, I need something solid and guess what – eating chia seeds is just awesome.

For me the sound of this pudding can be described with this song Yes – I see you. Yes is a British progressive rock group. Their first singer Jon Anderson, with his gorgeous vibrato, has really inspired me – Jon is an amazing singer and a painter. He meditates before every concert in his tent with crystals and dreamcatchers.

Also, Jon Anderson became friends with March Chagall, who was one of the few artists being able to catch the vivid dreamscapes on canvas. His paintings are like music, each one ringing in a deep depth of one’s soul. My first house will have one of his paintings hanging on the wall.

When you look at the dance of colours, you are enchanted by the magic of circus, for example. Those gorgeous balerinas reminding you of the ancient Slavic soul, which lived in the heart of Chagall. We all should visit some ancient dolmens near the Black Sea and in all the other places of world.

But here is the recipe:

  • Chia seeds
  • Maca powder
  • Raw cacao powder
  • Carob powder
  • Dates
  • Herbal water
  • Salt and cinnamon

  1. Cut dates into small pieces.
  2. Put all the ingredients into a bowl.
  3. Stir well and leave to soak overnight.
  4. And, enjoy. 🙂

It is good to prepare some daily herbal water, by soaking peppermint/sage/marygold etc.. in a fresh water.
