Simple Carrot Juice

Next thing on my mind is la magie de l’aromathérapie. I have been using for couple of days different essential oils in my food, and gosh! The taste of orange or citrus flavoured chocolate is amazing. You can be really creative with essential oils, add them to your juices, smoothies, and into the water of course.

When your colon and stomach need some cleansing, you can use all kinds of oils for that purpose. I have been waking up at 3 a.m. to drink a glass of water with few drops of tea tree essential oil. It helps to fight the “bad” bacteria, which have been working in your intestines during the night.

Also, flavoring your food with some oils seems to be a great idea. Hummus with a flavour of sage anyone? Atleast this journey is taking off pour moi. Well.. I have been doing different kinds of massage theraphy with essential and cold pressed oils – Thai Aroma Massage being my favourite.

Nevertheless, you can use those essential oils in your juices as well. This time I made a really soothing drink with exquisite ingredients from my own garden. 🙂 And, there will be some more amazing recipes on using the Juice Pulp.
